Loft Conversion near Preston Park, Brighton, East Sussex
This large project included a dormer on the side (hip) of the roof, built purely to accommodate the new stairs into the loft. The flow and detail of the new stairs could then match the existing ground to first floor stairs. The new room in the loft itself being approximately 29' x 17', which will be a master bedroom. There is also a separate shower room.
