Our 6 Step Process

We have created our 6 step process to keep all our jobs on track and for all parties involved to know where we are during the project.

Free, no obligation site survey

Contact us and arrange a free consultation at your property, where we will give you honest, essential advice on options, general feasibility, approximate costs, and answer any questions that you may have.

Booking / Architectural drawings

If you decide we are the company for you, we will provide you with a scheduled start date and arrange for a detailed survey on your property from which architectural plans can be produced. Plans are then returned for your approval and submitted to the local authority.

Party Wall Agreement

If your property adjoins another property,and the steel and/or timber beams are inserted into the shared party wall, then a party wall agreement will be required, prior to the start of the build. We can provide you with the relevant letters and offer advice where appropriate.

Contract

Once the architectural plans have been produced, we will agree and sign a contractual, fixed price, to complete your loft conversion. We will be able to provide you with estimated staged payment amounts and dates.

Build

Work commences on your loft conversion. We arrange the relevant inspections as work progresses. Your assigned team and project manager will be on-site and will keep you informed of progress.

Completion

Once our team of professionals has completed the works at your property and once all the inspections have been approved by the authorities the project is signed off and you can start to take full advantage of your new amazing space. The building inspectors will provide you with a final, works completed certificate.
