This recent project in Burgess Hill was all about making the most of a truly stunning location. With uninterrupted views over a lake and surrounding woodland, our client’s brief was clear from the outset: bring the outside in with plenty of glass, and create a luxurious space to relax and unwind.

We designed a large dormer to maximise the views and flood the space with natural light. It completely transformed the feel of the room and turned the ever-changing landscape into a living backdrop.

One of the standout features of this project is the freestanding bath, a long-held dream of the client. Integrating this into the bedroom while still allowing space for a walk-in wardrobe area was a creative challenge, we were more than happy to take on. The result? A beautifully balanced room that feels open, functional, and indulgent all at once.

From day one to the final finishing touches, the customer was hands-on and involved throughout the process. The finished space not only looked incredible, but felt personal and perfectly suited to their lifestyle.
